Game report Nov 5 vs LJK GOLD On Saturday, the Chiefs hosted the league leading Goldies(ranked #3 in Ontario). The game was close in the early going with teams trading power play opportunities. With a flurry on “non-calls” and “phantom-calls” that always seemed to favour the visitors, the Chiefs seemed to be perpetually down a man. The Chiefs even blew one right thru the LJK net in the second period with strands of netting sticking out the back of the cage…the goal was summarily disallowed.
