Big win on Canucks Day 2-1
The Elgin-Middlesex Canucks competed in a tough home opener vs. Lambton Jr. Sting and came away with a 2-1 victory. The combination lines of Burtenshaw, Mizzi, Wilson and McLean brought high energy to the lineup and were able to put 2 behind the goalie to help in the win. Kaiden Harper played a strong game in the pipes stopping 25+ shots and some dangerous chances in close. Quinn Wilson scored 1 and Tyler Burtenshaw had the other including an assist. Cole McLean added an assist on the first tally.

The Canucks staff would like to thank the Canucks Moms for rocking the black jerseys and reading the lineup to get the boys going.

The Canucks play game 4 of the regular season Sunday October 19th at 4:15pm vs. Windsor Jr. Spitfires who begin their season on the road. The game will be hosted at Komoka Wellness Centre.
