Minor Atom, 2015-2016 (Elgin-Middlesex Canucks)

Recipe for a successful day....load a bus full of hard working ,determined, skilled, fun loving minor atom chiefs ,add a very dedicated highly motivated coaching staff and top with some very commited, highly energetic, supportive parents and you come out with a a very successful day. The Minor Atoms travelled to Ridgetown and Windsor this past weekend and came home with two wins and a whole lot of good memories.Once again proving that as a TEAM with hard work and perseverance we always come out winners!! Great job boys!!

O6 Minor Atoms tested their outdoor hockey skills this past weekend participating in The North American Cup Champonship in Buffalo NY. The boys bundled up to play 2 of the games on the outdoor rink having a taste of a Winter Classic. The boys weekend consisted of playing in a division with over 25 teams ranked in the top 20 in the Canada and the US. Our boys proved that the Elgin Middlesex Chief were up for the challenge by playing hard and coming up with 1 loss in the semi final game vs Anaheim Jr Ducks after completing 6 hard fought games over the weekend.
