EMC Mentor Program - Partnering in Success (U10/U14 EMC)
U14 Elgin Middlesex Canucks hosted our first exciting 'meet & greet' as mentors to our U10 EMC Mentees.
Our Mentorship program will include shared development days, motivation & encouragement both on/off the ice with our buddies as well as a focus on a community impact event or two.
We would like to send out a quick THANK YOU to SNIPE ACADEMY for putting on a great clinic tonight along with providing a great venue to support our Mentorship Journey together.
An abundance of fun was had tonight including RapidShot, Stick-handling, and a Video Review Session for the older buddies.
While the mentor group was developing downstairs, parents were lucky to have a great guest speaker chat about the fundamentals of what it takes to build an exceptional team and supportive parent group. Lots of great insights and ideas were presented to support the EMC AAA vision.
