Major Atoms Brought Home the Gold ......
WOW....What a weekend. Talk about perseverance and extraordinary team work !!!!
The Major Atoms boys were true ambassadors of the Chief organization by displaying a strong work ethic when instrumentally taking down one of the top AAA team in Ontario in a semi final duel ending in a 6-3 win... which advanced them to the Championship Final of the JRC Canadien Cup Tournament. Who would have thought after 3 action packed days filled with 3 early morning games. 7 games in total !! that these boys would still have the energy to finish it off in style and bring home the trophy as Tournament Champions !!
Big thanks and a job well done,goes out to the coaching staff in guiding these boys to such a positive outcome and to the fans in the stands for giving the encouragement to everyone one of these 17 hard working players to fight through the bumps and bruises and make us even more proud then we all ready are !!!
