Former Chief Jacob Chantler Signs with London Knights
Former Elgin Middlesex Chief player Jacob Chantler signed this week with the OHL London Knights.  He is the 3rd former EMC player to sign with the Knights this year following Ethan MacKinnon and Easton Cowan.

Jacob, a graduate of the EMC U18 program was overlooked in the U16 Priority Selection Draft in his Minor Midget season.  He is a testament to perseverance as the Knights selected him with their 1st pick in the 2019 U18 Draft.

"His determination and hard work has never wavered. There are players that work hard, then there are players that really work hard, then there is Jacob.”  remarked coach Dave Warren.  "When he was not chosen in his minor midget draft he was not deterred - he worked even harder".

Congratulations Jacob!
