Tryout Registration - OMHA Permission To Skate Forms
2021-2022 EMC Tryouts - Deadline to register is August 31, 2021.
Due to necessary planning requirements for Covid protocols, we cannot accommodate walk-ons the day of tryouts.
Signed OMHA Permission to Skate forms can be dropped off in person at the Komoka Wellness Centre Friday September 3, 7-8:30pm.
If you are not able to drop off on September 3, please send your signed OMHA PTS with someone who can.
Our EMC Checking clinics are FULL. 2007 and 2008 born tryout registrants cannot attend tryouts without a checking clinic certification. If you are attending a clinic elsewhere, please ensure that your certification is received by our EMC Registrar, Janice Sutherland
