The EMC AGM will be held Monday Nov 16 in the London Life
Room at Komoka Wellness Centre. Due to COVID restrictions which limit indoor
gatherings, we have scheduled two one-hour sessions. Each can accommodate 18 people (in addition
to the current Board members).
You must contact your
team manager ASAP if you wish to attend
– if there is sufficient interest additional
sessions may be added.
Scheduled times: Session A 6:00 pm, Session B 7:15pm

positions must be received by Tuesday, Nov 10, 11:59pm
Nominations can be accepted for: · Secretary · Assistant Treasurer · Assistant Ice Scheduler · Coach Mentor · Treasurer · Website/Communications Manager · Ice Scheduler · Equipment Manager · Fundraising
Nominees for the President, Registrar and VP Hockey Operations positions must have served at least one year of the two previous years (2018/19 or 2019/20) on the Board (Article 11 of the EMC Constitution).
Full descriptions of each role are found on the EMC website. All current EMC Board members have agreed to continue in their roles to finish out the season, if the membership so decides.
If you are interested in running for a Board position, nominations must include the EMC form (found on our website) and a brief bio or CV for the candidate. Nominations to be sent to EMC Secretary with copies to the President and Vice President.
