In episode 4 of our video series, we continue to progressively advance exercises by incorporating linked system movement patterns.  Linked system movement patterns are initiated by the legs, transferring the force through the core, collecting power through the kinetic chain before expressing it with arms.  Adding movement progressions to training programs is an excellent way to build strength, power and speed that can be transferrable to sport and gameplay situations.  Remember to emphasize strict form and technique even as we progress to these advanced exercises suitable for Midget aged players.
