EMC Continues to Provide Elite Coaching
The Elgin Middlesex Chiefs Executive is proud to announce that Jason Williams will be our Association’s Skills and Development Coach for the 2020/21 season.  As Skills and Development Coach for the Chiefs, his professional hockey experience, knowledge and guidance will now be available to benefit coaches and players throughout our Association.

The Chiefs would also like to congratulate Jason on being one of eight coaches from across Ontario to participate in the prestigious OHF Program of Excellence Gold Cup Tournament.

The OHF Program of Excellence is a development program focusing on high performance hockey for U14 and older players, and the Gold Cup tournament is part of the final selection process for invitation to camp in Calgary this July, where players and coaches are selected for the U-17 National team.  The tournament is being held May 8-10 at the Activa Centre in Kitchener.  More information is available on the website

Jeff Roy has also been selected by the OHF as a Team Staff member for the 2020 OHF/OHL U-15 Program of Excellence, taking place in April/May in Toronto, Kitchener and Windsor. Jeff coached our Major Bantam/U15 team last season and has been named Minor Midget/U16 coach for the 2020/2021 season.

Congratulations to Jason and Jeff, and good luck to all our Chiefs teams in Playdowns and Playoffs!!

Go Chiefs!
