Notice of Semi-Annual General Meeting - February 1, 2017
The Elgin Middlesex Chiefs would like to invite our members to a Semi-Annual General Meeting on Wednesday February 1st at 6:00pm in Komoka.
The Chiefs executive have been hard at work the last 6 months reviewing and identifying opportunities for improvements to our processes, rules and regulations and constitution. The Semi-Annual General Meeting is an opportunity to provide an update on our progress as an organization, and vote on revisions to the Constitution and Rules and Regulations. Please see the posted NOTICES OF MOTION in the Documents and Forms section of the website.
All teams must have a minimum of 4 voting members in attendance at the Semi-Annual General meeting (not including executive members).For more information, please contact your parent rep or any member of the executive.
